How can I check the status of my order?
Head to the Track your order page and enter your purchase details, everything's right there.

How can I return a product?
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product isn't right for you, you can return it within 90 days of purchase, no reason needed.
To start a return, just email us at contact@posturehealth.eu with your order number, and we'll guide you through the whole process.
Once everything's sorted, we'll refund the money to your account.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location.
All orders ship with tracking so you can follow your package the whole way.

Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, but only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at contact@posturehealth.eu with the new address.
