TERMS OF SERVICE
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This online store, operating under the Posture Health brand, is run by LOCALGROWTH SP. Z O.O., with its registered office at Szczęsna 26, 02-454 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5223223277, REGON: 52176282100000 (the "Seller").
These Terms set out the rules for using the store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, cancellations, returns, complaints, and data protection.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Terms – this document.
- Consumer – an individual making a purchase not related to a business activity.
- Customer – anyone using the store.
- Store – this website.
- Seller – LOCALGROWTH SP. Z O.O.
- Product – the items available in the store.
- Order Form – the form used to place an order.
- Cart – where the Customer manages products before placing an order.
3. ORDERS AND SALES
- Placing an order means accepting these Terms.
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped worldwide through trusted carriers, with tracking included.
- The price you see includes free shipping, with no minimum and no thresholds.
- Any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country are the responsibility of the Customer.
- Orders can be placed through the form on the website or by email at contact@posturehealth.eu.
4. DELIVERY
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location.
- All orders ship with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
- We recommend checking your parcel on arrival.
5. PAYMENTS
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal.
- Orders are shipped once payment has been confirmed.
6. COMPLAINTS (FAULTY PRODUCTS)
The Seller is responsible for any lack of conformity of the product that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.
- You may request a repair, a replacement, a price reduction, or withdraw from the contract.
- Complaints can be submitted by email at contact@posturehealth.eu.
- In the case of a valid complaint about a faulty product, the Seller covers the related costs, including shipping.
7. RETURNS / WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
You have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Posture Health voluntarily extends this to a 90-day window from the day your order arrives, with no reason needed.
To start a return, email us at contact@posturehealth.eu with your order number, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Once your return is approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take up to 14 business days to appear.
Please note: parcels sent to our registered company address (Szczęsna 26, Warsaw, Poland) will not be accepted, this is our registered office only. Always wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Returns are not possible for:
- custom-made or personalised products;
- products damaged through misuse by the Customer;
- requests where no order number or contact details were provided.
8. EXCHANGES
If you'd like a different product, return the original according to the rules above and place a new order.
9. CANCELLING AN ORDER
- An order can be cancelled before it ships by contacting us by email.
- Once shipped, you can use the 90-day return process instead.
10. UNDELIVERED PARCELS
- Once the carrier confirms the status of the parcel, we refund the value of the order.
- These requests are handled within 14 days of being reported.
- If 14 days pass after a failed delivery with no contact from the Customer, the order may be considered complete, unless a valid claim is raised.
11. ABOUT REVIEWS
The store does not verify the authenticity of reviews published on the website, they may come from customers who purchased the product as well as from other users.
12. DATA PROTECTION
- The controller of personal data is the Seller.
- Data is processed in order to fulfil orders and provide our services.
- Every Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms are available on the store's website.
- Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
- Where required, mandatory consumer protection provisions apply.
- The Customer agrees not to post unlawful content in the store.
