  • Returns and the money-back guarantee – if you request a return or make use of our satisfaction guarantee, we process your data to handle that request. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with our legal obligations.

  • Marketing – if you sign up (for example to our newsletter), we use your email address, and where you agree your phone number, to send you offers and news. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We may also send information about similar products to existing customers on the basis of our legitimate interest.
  • Analytics and improving the store – we analyse how the store is used so we can improve it. Legal basis: your consent (where required for cookies) and our legitimate interest.

III. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

Depending on how you use the store, we may process:

  • order and payment details (we do not store full card numbers, these are handled by our payment providers);

  • Klaviyo – email marketing (if you subscribe);
  • Meta (Facebook) and Google – advertising, measurement and analytics;
  • shipping and logistics partners – to deliver your order.

Beyond the purposes described in this Policy, we do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

VI. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Because we serve customers worldwide and use the service providers listed above, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. VII. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
