We ship worldwide.
Your order is delivered by trusted carriers, with tracking included.
⏱ Processing and delivery times
Order processing: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: usually 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location
💸 Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum and no thresholds. The price you see is the price you pay.
Any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the product price.
🔁 Changes and cancellations
Once you place an order, it's automatically sent for processing.
For that reason, we usually can't modify or cancel it once it's on its way.
You can, however, use our return process once your order arrives, stress-free, and you have a full 90 days to do so.
📍 If you haven't received your parcel
If your parcel shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it:
- First, contact the carrier, it may be waiting at a pickup point or have been left with a neighbour.
- If you still can't locate it, email us at contact@posturehealth.eu. We'll help as fast as we can.
In rare cases, tracking may be temporarily unavailable due to technical delays, if that happens, please get in touch and we'll sort it out.
✉️ Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking usually activates within 24 hours of dispatch.
